Causes of osteoarthritis

Each disease has its origin and nature of the causal. Osteochondrosis this is no exception. At occurrence of osteochondrosis there are two types of internal and external reasons.

Internal causes osteoarthritis consist of intrauterine pathologies of the spine, a genetic predisposition to the emergence of the disease and age-related reasons or physical wear and tear of the joints.

External causes of degenerative disc disease - occur because of human actions, improper distribution of load on the spine, which leads to disease. This causes such as the hypothermia, trauma, infection, stoop, curvature of the spine, frequent heavy physical activity, sedentary work, or standing on your feet.

 


Osteochondrosis arises not only in people with incorrect posture, but also athletes. There is also plenty of other reasons for the appearance of symptoms of degenerative disc disease - obesity, smoking, poor diet, frequent stressful situations, adverse environmental conditions.

All these factors affect the appearance of degenerative disc disease. Very often there is a perception that low back pain occurs in the lazy people who do not play sports and are inactive. But it is not so. Osteochondrosis - is exactly what the disease, which occurs even if the person is the right way of life, doing physical exercise, look after themselves and their health, and the pain is still growing and an osteochondrosis progresses. This is in consequence of occurrence of abnormal biomechanics.

The osteochondrosis does not occur just in his appearance there is always a reason.
